Returns policy
How do I make the return?
- All returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached
- You will be responsible for the delivery fees to www.theolivashop.com
Just follow these easy steps:
- Email us at contact@theolivashop.com and let us know you will be returning an item. Please also let us know why you will be returning it. Shortly, we will send you the address where you should send it back.
- Pack the item and send it to the address. Please ensure you can trace the package. We won’t be responsible for lost parcels. Hope you understand.
- We will send you an email once your return has been processed. We will process your return within 14 working days from the time we receive the package.
Refunding the purchase
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
- You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
